Centrally located in the heart of St Albans, The Albany Centre is dedicated to providing training and therapy services including counselling, clinical supervision, voice coaching and much more. Our central location means we are able to provide low cost room hire for therapists, training areas and facilities for professionals as well as meeting and interview rooms suitable for small businesses. All our rooms are comfortable, decorated to a very high standard and all come with complimentary WiFi.

The Albany Centre is 10 minutes’ walk from both St Albans City and St Albans Abbey train stations and there is ample public parking available at the nearby Maltings car park which is also situated on Victoria Street.

Certificate in Clinical Supervision:

This course is designed for experienced counsellors from a variety of theoretical backgrounds and specialisms who would like to develop the skills and knowledge to become competent clinical supervisors. The course will consist of experiential exercises, theoretical input, skills practice sessions, case studies and time for reflecting on one’s own practice.

I offer individual and group counselling/psychotherapy. My primary training is as a Gestalt Psychotherapist, with 27 years’ experience, and additionally I have a broad experience of other styles of therapy including Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches.
