I was born and raised in South Africa, and moved to the UK in 2007. I trained in Christian Counselling / Ministry in SA and Canada between 2001 – 2015 and furthered my training in the UK with a Level 4 Diploma in Person-Centred Therapy. My passion is to help people, overcome devastating and life changing issues to fulfil their potential and purpose.
My Level 4 diploma, expanded my training to work with non-faith based clients recovering from addictions and survivors of rape, sexual abuse and domestic violence. I have training in Pre-Trial Therapy for those engaged in legal and court proceedings following rape / sexual abuse
Prior to my counselling career I worked in the corporate sector, owned a business and was in full-time ministry for a period, all of which empowered me with the ability and ease to relate to people from all walks of life with empathy, sincerity and compassion.
My integrative approach using Person Centred, IFS (Internal Family Systems) Schema Therapy & Relational Life Therapy will help you to highlight and bring perspective to any emotional, spiritual and intellectual experiences that you need help for. Your path to wholeness and healing is as unique as you are. I understand that the challenges you face may be common to man, but your way through them is unique to you. No two solutions to the same issue are identical – I commit to journey with you to find your unique path to wholeness and renewed purpose. I too have taken this journey.
