I am a Person-Centred Counsellor with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Foundation Degree in Counselling awarded by Middlesex University.

I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and as such work within, and am bound by, their Ethical Framework and Code of Practice. I also run workshops for qualified and trainee counsellors.

I am experienced at helping clients work through a wide range of issues including relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, bereavement, panic attacks, domestic violence and sexual abuse. I specialise in working with clients from the LGB community, looking at areas such as the impact of homophobia, coming out to others and accepting ones sexuality. As a person-centred counsellor I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment within which you will be listened to, heard, accepted and valued for who you are.

It is a space where you can express your thoughts and feelings without the fear of being criticised and where you determine the pace and content for each session enabling you to explore and talk through whatever difficulties, problems or issues are impacting upon your life.

I offer 1:1 counselling sessions, lasting 50 minutes, on a weekly basis. Each session costs £50. Daytime and evening appointments are available. Please feel free to contact me via email or phone for an informal discussion or to book an initial appointment.
