As a holistic and integrative counsellor, I believe that treating the person as a whole is essential to the healing process. Our emotions, physical experiences, thoughts, and spiritual beliefs are all intersecting components in the quest for optimal health and wellness. My counselling experience and training allow me to combine a multitude of theoretical approaches and techniques, tailoring treatment most effectively to the individual needs of each client.

Some approaches used in my integrative sessions may include cognitive behavioural techniques (CBT), family systems theory, art therapy, person-centred, psychoanalytic, and humanistic methods, as well as play therapy (for younger children).

I have a deep passion for working with children, adolescents, and their families, as well as with those suffering from addiction and trauma- related issues. Some other areas I work with include depression, anxiety, self- harming behaviours, eating disorders, and relationship issues. I also offer unique experience for expats seeking counselling for issues related to relocating.

I obtained my Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling, graduating with honours from the University of Memphis. I am also an individual member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I hold membership with Chi Sigma Iota international honour society for professional counsellors and am a nationally certified counsellor (NCC) in the United States. I also carry a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and hold full liability insurance.

I am able to provide short-term or long-term counselling services and can offer flexible scheduling with daytime, evening, and weekend availability.

Fees are £50 for individual sessions, £60 for couples, and £70 for family sessions. Some group counselling opportunities for £25 a session.
